Whether you are opening a small business or a big one, there are many laws you need to know about. You need to stay current on employment laws at all times. Not following any of these laws when running a business can get you into serious trouble. Some of the business/employment laws you must follow are:
· The Civil Rights Act (1966)
· The Equal Pay Act
· The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986

Failure to follow any of these laws can result in lawsuits and fines. To be a good employer you need to obey all laws that are presented for the workplace. Having the trust of your employees by following such laws is key for a fun and friendly atmosphere to work in. It also ensures that if anything happens that involves these laws, you are covered. Survival of the Fittest
The most fascinating thing about Internet Marketing is the never-ending possibilities in which one can use to advertise their company or business online. For instance, if someone were to own a business that produced and sold Honda parts
, what would be the chances that anyone would hear about it, let alone stagger across it while searching online, if there were no advertisements for this particular website? Answer: Zip. There wouldn't be any indication, what-so-ever, that this company existed.
Well, that's not necessarily true. The only way anyone offline would know of this companies' existence would be if they offered a catalog for the Parts they sold; but there's a "hiccup" here. Who would they send these catalogs to if there were no one to request them? That's right. No one.
There is, by chance only one other possibility here for a company to survive without paying for advertisement, and that is if they're producing a product in which the product itself was the advertisement and was sold everywhere, then it's very likely that a company could survive without paying for advertisements.
Unfortunately, a company like Honda parts
, wouldn't be one of them, simply because their only customers are Honda owners looking to spruce up their vehicles. There isn't exactly a wide variety of products that they are offering to the general public.
Companies like this would be companies like Coca Cola, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Planters Peanuts, etc….companies in which their products are literally sold in almost every store across the Nation. There isn't a gas station, grocery store, and even a dollar store that you can't buy one of these products in.
So, what's the answer for the rest of the companies that don't fall into this group here? Advertisement. Companies that don't have a variety of products to offer have to advertise, it is the only way for them to survive the competition.
There are some companies that do exist purely on their reputation, and the only advertisement that they have is word of mouth, but it's very likely that these particular companies are very small and likely no more than a decade old, at most. They are also only normally known around a small region, so the likely-hood that they could offer services to anyone across the Nation is highly unlikely.
But we're not talking about small companies, here. We're talking about huge corporate companies and how would they survive? The only way they can…is through Advertisement.
